At VivaValet, we understand that plans change. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation and rescheduling policies for Handyman and Cleaner services, Meals, and Rides.
Maintenance & Repair and Cleaning Services
- Card Charged: Your card will be charged 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Before Charge (48 hours in advance): No penalty.
- Within 48 Hours of Service: A fee of $25 for rescheduling and $50 for cancellation.
- Within 24 Hours of Service: A fee of $50 for cancellation or rescheduling.
- No Show (at the door): A fee of $100.
Meal Prep Delivery Services
- Card Charged: Your card is charged on Thursday morning.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before Wednesday. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the card is charged.
- If Out of Town: If you're out of town, we can make a best-effort customer rectification, but food delivery cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Ride Services
- Card Charged: Your card is charged 48 hours before the scheduled ride.
- No Refund Within 48 Hours: No refunds will be provided within 48 hours of the ride.
- Rescheduling: Best-effort will be made to reschedule with notice, but there is no guarantee.
