    After your service is completed, you’ll receive a prompt to rate your Service Partner on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. This quick rating helps us gauge overall satisfaction.

  3. Use the VivaValet App
    You can leave feedback directly through the VivaValet app. After the service, simply navigate to your service history and select the appointment. You’ll find options to rate and review your experience there.

  4. Email or Contact Support
    If you prefer, you can also email us or contact our support team to share your feedback. We’re always here to listen and act on your input.

  5. Complete Follow-Up Surveys
