1. Log in to your VivaValet account on our website at 
2. Once logged in, go to your "Upcoming Bookings" section, where you'll find a list of your upcoming services.
3. Locate the specific service you wish to cancel and click on "View service details".
4. In the service details, you should find a "Cancel Booking" option. Click on it.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation request.

 Please note that our cancellation policy may involve a refund process based on the terms and conditions of the service you've booked. Any applicable cancellation fees or refund details will also be provided during the cancellation process.
