Managing your team is an essential part of ensuring successful service delivery. This guide will walk you through the steps to add new staff members to your service partner account in VivaValet. 


Step 1: Access the Add Staff Section

  1. Navigate to the "Staff" Menu:

    • Log in to your VivaValet service partner account.
    • Go to the “Staff” section from your dashboard.
  2. Click on "Add Staff":

    • In the Staff section, click on the “Add Staff” button to open the staff registration form.

Step 2: Enter Staff Details

  1. Upload Profile Picture:

    • Click on the "Choose File" button under Profile Picture to upload a photo of the staff member.
  2. Fill in Personal Information:

    • First Name: Enter the staff member’s first name.
    • Last Name: Enter the staff member’s last name.
    • Password: Create a secure password for the staff member’s account.
  3. Designation:

    • Specify the staff member’s designation within your team.
  4. Contact Information:

    • Country Code: Select the appropriate country code.
    • Phone Number: Enter the staff member’s contact number.
    • Email: Provide the staff member’s email address.
  5. Security Information:

    • SSN (Last 4 Digits): Enter the last four digits of the staff member’s Social Security Number.
    • Date of Birth: Input the staff member’s date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
  6. Assign Role:

    • Select the appropriate role for the staff member from the available options.

Step 3: Save the Staff Profile

  1. Review the entered details:

    • Double-check all the information provided to ensure it’s accurate.
  2. Save the profile:

    • Click on the “Add Staff” button to add the staff member to your team.
