As a Service Partner with VivaValet, efficiently managing and fulfilling service requests is crucial. This guide will help you navigate the process of accepting, assigning, and updating jobs using both the web admin page and the SP mobile app.
Step 1: Accepting and Assigning Jobs from the Web Admin Page
View Job Details:
- Navigate to the Overview Page where you can see a list of new jobs.
- Click on View Details to review the job specifics.
Accept or Reject the Job:
- After reviewing the job details, click the Accept button if you’re ready to take the job. You can also reject it if necessary.
Confirm and Assign:
- Once you accept the job, you’ll be prompted to confirm the time.
- Assign the job to the appropriate staff member who will perform the service.
Step 2: Managing Jobs on the Day of Service via the SP Mobile App
Start the Job:
- When you’re on your way to the job location, update the status to Start Job using the mobile app.
Arrival at Location:
- Upon arriving at the service location, update the status to Arrived.
Job In Progress:
- When you begin the service, change the status to In Progress to notify the system.
Complete the Job:
- After completing the service, update the job status to Complete the Job.
Additional Notes:
No Show Tag:
- If the client is not at home and you’ve waited a reasonable amount of time without their arrival, you can tag the job as No Show in the app.
Submitting Extra Charges:
- If additional time or extra material costs are required that weren’t included in the original job, submit an extra charge through the app or web admin.
- Ensure that you upload a receipt to support the extra charge.
